Then...
The 6th Tactical
Terrorist Response Team was created in
the spring of 2000, a gaming clan for the
multiplayer smash Counter-Strike. The
clan was founded on a modified military
basis, and had instituted a new ranking
system. However, due to a poorly ran
website, the clan slowly lost interest
from the possible recruits.
On August 2,
2000, the 6th Tactical Terrorist Response
Team reformed their newly started clan
into what is now known as the Renegade
Force. A new web page was created which
supplied slightly more potential in a
clan's workings. The Renegade Force name
was based on a 1998 movie (DVD entitled
Rogue Force), which was a movie on a
vigilante SWAT team. The clan started to
take shape and membership grew.
The clan
continued to play Counter-Strike, and
over time, developed a more solid form of
organization that was not often seen in a
gaming clan. The ranking structure
was revised into one that directly
represented the United States Army
ranking system. Also, a Awards system was
created to help create a more enjoyable
and rewarding experience in a clan. The
Renegade Force flourished up until the
spring of 2002.
A member of the
clan who had served for almost two years,
Foxtrot, then a Lieutenant Colonel, had
been appointed "General of the
Clan" to lead up the development of
new branches for the clan in other games
than Counter-Strike. However; shortly
after this newly appointed position,
General Foxtrot was called to active duty
for the United States Army and had to
take an extended leave period of 10
months. The Renegade Force no longer had
a leader to stabilize the clan while in
the middle of a division. With such short
notice, the remaining leadership had none
of the proper resources required to
operate the clan. Shortly after the
General's leave went into affect; the
commanding Generals retired. Without
leadership; the platoons went their
separate ways and the Renegade Force was
abandon.
Ten months has
come and gone; and General Foxtrot
returned at the end of his leave as
planned. However, the Force was no
more.
The General took
this chance to rebuild the Renegade Force
from the ground up; correcting all the
mistakes the clan had in the past. On
January 27, 2002; the Battlefield 1942
Renegade Force division was activated.
This time with a solid infrastructure in
place, and experience in leadership; the
Renegade Force will achieve its great
status once again.
Around July 14,
2003 After the efforts of Foxtrot
Loyalist falied to keep the clan from
spliting Dmac and Karma Left RF with half
of the clan and formed the PoD
Clan. Fox then
stepped down as leader and the clan voted
Jacobslight as the new General and
Poonzer the last remaing Commisioned
officer was promoted to Ltg. He and
Jacobs Ran the clan smoothly and got it
in to a position to return it to its good
days of the past But the majority of the
members in RForce did not want to return
to a top Clan at the time so around
August 2003 Jacobs Left RForce and formed
Stealrage
Poonzer then ran for General of Rforce
but did not win he stuck with the clan
for 2 weeks and the left after one of
RF's Former Members harassed him. Poonzer
then Joined Stealrage And helped Jacobs
Form the new Clan and its web site.
Poonzer was happy for a month or so but
the jacobs let one of the other founders
run the clan an Poonzer was pushed out
and he did not like the way the clan was
being run So he left in NOV 2003 and
formed The Brother Clan Of Rforce, The
Golden Horde to be run like his Former
General Foxtrot.
Poonzer, Atfer
abandoning his effort to Make Golden
Horde he found KamaKaze(former member of
Rforce and Stealrage) in charge of the
young clan The 75th Fighter Squadron. So,
he decided to give them some help by
giving them the old Golden Horde Clan web
site.
Join the 75th
Fighter Squadron and help it rise to the
top!
